As a church community, we actively seek Jesus and desire to live faithfully in response to His teachings, which call us to embrace all people with love, grace, and mercy. We endeavor to treat every person who walks through our doors with dignity and love as Jesus modeled. Shalom Mennonite Church is a diverse body of believers. We believe that Christians who hold different views can be in fellowship and conversation with each other, and choose to follow the scripture that calls us to “bear with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” (Ephesians 4:3) All who desire to follow Jesus are invited to participate in worship and church life, regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, political persuasion, intellectual or physical ability, ethnicity, socioeconomic situation, migratory status, or religious background.
